SoCam290 supports the Fair Housing Act as
amended, prohibiting discrimination in housing based on race,
color, religion, sex, national origin, disability or familial
status. All residents must have a monthly income of at least 3x the
monthly rent. If the resident does not meet this requirement, they
can provide a guarantor (co-signer) who does. All applicants and/or
guarantors are subject to a criminal and/or credit check with
approval through a third-party applicant screening agency.
